14. Messrs. Leigh & Orange have reported upon the repairs necessary to put the building in good order and their report is shewn in file C.3.0.1020/1926 attached to (3). That firm has also furnished specifications for the work and called for tenders upon which the estimated cost of repairs

is based.

15. Tracings of the plans of the building are now in preparation and should be completed in two or three days.

16. If further copies of the photographs are required they should be ordered as early as possible.

Note:- The goods and chattels in these two rooms are

the property of Lady Chater.
